Well this is designed for mid-level leaders,  directors and established business leaders that prioritize their leadership well-being. 

Self-first is the foundation of a strong leader and yes..how to maximze yur time as a leader will be address in the academy. 

We will focus on  leadership courage, leadership transitions and leadership well-being. You do not have to sacrifice yourself to be successful and you deserve leadership training that supports you as a woman leader ....because women lead differently....so that is where I come in. 

With over 4 decades of leadership experience, my pour is authentic and full of life changing wisdom for that woman that is ready to lead unapologetically. I am a thought leader and expert and I am opening this cohort to serious women ....because you have been waiting ...

So where can you recieve 1. proven leadership training 2. designed for how women lead 3. from a Christian perspcrtive. ......yes....I am a unicorn. 

Time Investment: 2.5  hours a week. 1.5 hour for virtual class, 1 hour for homework assignments. The best results are for those that are able to attend sessions virtually with cameras on and fully engaged. Replays are available for review but if you are unable to attend with full engagement this academy is not for you at this time. 

We will meet on Monday at 6:00pm cst/7:00 pm est 

Finacial  Investment  is only $500 paid  in full of two payments of $275.00.

Paid in full comes with a (1) 1:1 20 minute session with me- Dr. Monique!
