Yes Ladies, thought leader Dr. Monique Flemings is opening applications now for her leadership community for women leaders.  This is a 6 month commitment of personal development for women in leadership, business and ministry.  Learn from the best, proven strategies that build confidence and clarity while facing fear and other self limiting behaviors that keep you from winning. This opportunity will not be provided again in 2023.

A group of professionals faith-based women will be selected after submitting their applications for a prestigious seat in this exclusive community. This is the perefct opportunity to learn from the over three decades of incredible expereince of Dr. Monique and build community. 

The community  will run August 2023- January 2024 at 7pm cst- 8pm cst on the dates listed below. 

You can expect:

• Monthly group coaching/ mentoring 
• Monthly Live coaching/ mentoring sessions 
• Accounting through community 
• Private Facebook Group 
• Access to additional 1:1 coaching sessions 
• Access to replay of monthly live sessions 

This is for the woman leader that:

• Values the power of community and accountability 
• Desires to lead with boldness 
• Seeks to increase clarity and confidence 
• Ready to welcome her authentic self 
• Wants to stop self limiting thoughts and behaviors 
• Is an emerging leader or business owner 
• Is a creative or innovator 

The monthly meeting dates are 

• August 23 rd
• September 27th
• October 25th
• November 29th
• December 20th
• January  24th

Application process ( Please read and be ready to move expeditiously)

1. Complete this interest form completely. This will close on July 1st. 
2. An  application  fo rthe community will be sent to you.  Complete that application within 48 hours of receiving application. 
3. You will be informed of your application status by July 8th.
4. If selected to start in August your first payment will be due by July 15th
5. Failure to follow instruction may jeopardize your seat in the leadership community. 
6. If you're on the wait list you will be informed of your status by July 22nd.

FAQ

1. Is there a financial investment involve

        Yes, there is an ivestment of $125 a month or $250.00 a month plus set up fee of $45.00

     2. I am not sure if this is for me. I need more tim

      We understand. You can consider waiting until next year if we open again at that time. 

      This offer is for women that are ready to connect and start in  August 2023.

    3. Is this the same as Dr. Monique's leadership academy ?

      No, this is not the same as the leadership academy that trains high - achieving women in business development and C- Suite leadership. 

      The academy is not accepting studnets at this time.
