Well, she is bold, fearless, embracing new opportunities  and resilient. Her stress levels are managed, and anxiety does not take her over when new challenges arise. She develops healthy relationships with the courage to pivot when necessary. She is confident because her strength is undeniable.

I am creating a 4-week online experience for 10 audacious women leaders ready to expeditiously build that irresistible unwavering confidence in their leadership. Regardless of if you are leading in your industry, leading in your business, or leading in ministry, possessing confidence is essential and a gamechanger.

My holistic approach to leadership confidence explores the total woman- body, soul, and spirit. This experience creates a safe space for Christian women leaders to evolve and upgrade their confidence becoming that change – agent, managing conflicts, creating happiness in their work environments, executing their God -assignments without fear and understanding how to self- regulate and align.  Yes, all from a Christian perspective.

Weekly curriculum and focus:

Week One- Cultivating a God- Confidence. We will sharpen your ability to speak God’s word and create a thinking system that confidently uses the weapon of God in your personal life and business.

Week Two- Unapologetic brag bag. A confident woman understands her strengths and we will build your bag of brag to confidently execute even in unknown territories.

Week Three- Positional self- alignment. Conquer the confidence gap through mindfulness, self- first and other strategies for holistic application to reduce stress and anxiety.

Week Four- Powerful partnerships.Authentically building relationships that honor your boundaries and confidently allow you to be your beautiful self, God’s way.

Week Five: Completion Celebration. We celebrate your progress and the progress of the other audacious women that stepped into this transformational experience.
