The ball is in your court. What are you going to do?
Are you going to put your well- being on the back burner yet again?
Are you going to tell yourself that your level of overwhelm is not that bad...again?
Are you going to do what you have always done...that continues NOT to work or are you willing to try something different?
Sometimes you are so busy taking care of everyone else that you are neglecting what really matters most to you.
